Question please

Hi :)

I was just wondering, my external drive crashed on me and I've put in a reactivation request for all the links after paying the money required to have this done, can someone please tell me how long this process will take before I get the new download links? I know I made the payment Friday February 18th and CS may have been closed by then, so I'm hoping maybe by tomorrow sometime? Any help/response is appreciated.

Thanks hun I appreciate it loads :) Yeah tis been rough .. what a way to spend my birthday .. trying to get all my kits back and then having to figure out how to get all the other stuff I lost back to .. sucky birthday lol .. :friends
