Those layouts look like oil paintings! How? (April Shot - Little garden add on)

So I was looking at these layouts April Shot- Little Garden Add On Lily Designs (http://www.afterfivedesigns.com/shoppe/product.php?productid=1449&quantity=1) And noticed that they look like Oil paintings....soo cute! The second example with the darling little boy and the yellow umbrella...even the little boy looks painted!

So, come on...spill it :)

Welcome to A5D! Rachel, I think most of that look comes from the papersand elements included in the kit. There are also some very talented scrappers that have superb photo editing skills!

I know there are several plug-ins out there that give you paint filters. Something to google?
