Need help please!!!

Hello! I am a fairly new customer here and just recently purchased a kit in the shop. I recieved my bill from paypal so I have been charged for it but it says here in the store it is qued and it won't let me download. I placed my order on July the 1st and I have sent two seperate e-mails to customer service and recieved no response. Could somebody here help me? Thanks!

Sorry you're having troubles downloading. I will forward this message to one of the girls who can see into the shopping accounts and such. It's possible they haven't received yet, since it's summer time and I know they're on vacation... I'm sure they'll get back to you asap!!
