Download Speeds - Please Bear With Us!

Hi everyone! Hope you are all having a wonderful DSD so far! Just letting everyone know that we are aware that the download speeds are, well, let's just say not-so-great right now ;) We are having problems with our hosting provider, and working as hard as we can to improve things as soon as possible. We are monitoring the situation and will do what we can until the server people get something worked out. HUGE apologies for the delays you may be having, and thank you so much for your patience and understanding! :happyhug

Are we still having problems in the store or is it just me? I still have a lot to download, but it's not working so great (the forecast is 14 hours for a paper pack, LOL). I even managed to disable some of the links, because I tried so many times. I guess I am very anxious!!!

I am still having problems too!! Glad I decided to check the forum, b/c I was thinking, what is wrong with my computer and why doesn't it like After Five? LOL :)

I agree, I'm not even trying my downloads after seeing the 2 hour download time for an alpha. When should we expect to be able to download our stuff? I wanna play! :D

Mine is 17 hours for an element pack...LOL! Maybe I'll just wait until tomorrow. At least I know the kits I bought will be well worth the wait! :)

Still no go for me, and now I'm going to have to request some of my dl links be reset --- they've hit their max. :(

Is there a time of the day that is better to attempt downloading?

Hang in there girls! We are having critical server problems, and the download links from the shoppe are not working. We are in the process of moving the files to a new location that will allow you to download them. I am keeping this email for reference, and will let you know as soon as the new links are available. I wanted to send you this message so that you know we are working very hard to get your purchases to you! Please know that one way or another, you will receive your files.

Amy: I've got a question regarding the inactive (after five clicks) links- will yhey work after moving the files. For I had a download interrupted soooo many tmes that most of my links simply are not working now.

Got mine this evening. A little slow, but not unbearable...about 15-20 minutes max. I just let them run while scrapping. Woohoo!

I think you don't need to worry about that ;)
Amy will reset all the links!
We just have to finish moving servers and she'll reset all the links for everyone who bought in the store during the server problem :D
