Actually, we happened to pick a boy name just that morning! I had thought of it the day before, and I told my husband that morning, and he said he had been thinking of the same name for a while but was stuck on the second name!

We're naming him Dylan Abe. Dylan since my husband's name starts with D and Abe after my dad who is deceased. Everyone we've told the name to so far loves it! :D

YAY!! congrats girl!!!! Everytime i hear someone is pregnant the first thing I ask is the baby name! I have an obsession about it! LOL I don't have kids and I am not pregnant, but my baby already has a name! LOL Actually, I have 2 names for boy and 2 for girl! One in my language and one in english just in case someday I move out of Brazil and happens to have a baby in another country! LOL I am crazy, I know! LOL

Camila, when we were expecting Lucas, my husband wanted a name that could be easily pronounced in most languages. He had all other kinds of restrictions on names and in the end he chose exactly the name I didn't want, but he was so persistent, ended up convincing me. Lucas it is, LOL!

Now if we have a next one, I get to name him/her. Could be Olivia, could be Gabriel, or maybe Arthur. Well, I'll cross that bridge when/if I get there!

Crystal, I am crazy about names!! Always thinking about that!LOL My girls name are: Madison and Olivia for girl and Colin or Joshua for boys!

Dani, you have no idea!!!!! My future daughter's name is Olivia!!!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this name!! Specially after I saw that movie with Jack Black, Kate Winslet, Jude Law and Cameron Diaz! In portuguese the name is "O amor não tira férias" but i forgot the name in english! Jude's youngest is Olivia and I just love that little girl and her name!!!! Before that my daughter was going to be named Sofia! But a couple of friends were too fast and got pregnant before us and named the baby Sofia.
For boys, my international name (LOL) is Colin! I love that name and it's like your husband said, it can be used in many languages! The "brazilian" name used to be Henrique but there is an Henrique in my building that is the devil so I don't think i like this name anymore! LOL Have to think about another one!!! Lucas I like but nowadays there are many Lucas. I know a Gabriel of 3 years old that he's too ugly (sorry about that. I am not a mom so i don't have that feeling that all kids are beautiful!LOL) so i don't like it anymore! LOL Artur is going to be the name of Sofia's brother. These couple o friends stole all my good names!LOL

Thanks for the compliments on Ezra and Stella! They are too cute if I do say so myself! :giggle Ezra is rotten which you can see in his pics...there always sometime mischievous in his eyes, lol! And I dread the days Stella is a teenager, lol! She's too pretty!!! lol!

My sister's second name is Olivia, so that's a good choice. :D I know what you mean about stealing baby names though! My friend had a name that she loved since she was in high school, but when her sister got pregnant she took the name! My friend was so mad!

Also, I wanted to name my baby Isabella if she was a girl, since my second name is Isabel. But one of my friends already took the name, although the baby's nickname is Jaimie.

I was looking and looking for girls names though, I didn't even try to think of a boy's name. Then I glanced through the D's to see my husband's name, and I saw the name Dylan and fell in love. :wub

About Lucas being such a common name, that's exactly why I didn't want it in the first place. Last Sunday we were at the club and I called out his name. About 7 boys looked back at me, LOL... I'm like: "not all of you, just that one".

Ina, when I was 13 I had a dream that I had a daughter named Isabella. That name was on my mind until Lucas was born, then I gave it up. It is a gorgeous name!

But now, how do you go from Isabella to Jaimie? :lmao

Oh, they called the baby Jaimie when they still didn't know whether it was a boy or girl, since it would work for either. Now she answers to either, or will sometimes get mad when you call her one name and not the other and vice versa. (She's almost 3 now and is adorable. :wub )
