Big Problem with buying Kit

hey hey

AWWWWWWWWWWWW i have a Bib big Problem to buy in the after five shope
i will have the new kit from Catherine Design
but
if i orderes and the side goes placed to the pay pal the server goes down
is it a shop problem or a pay pal problem???
Have it make a couple but it works not
and at the pay pal side comes the warning your orderer is not complete go back to the side after five

can somebody help me please ????

hm i have no orderer nummber because i can not go from the cart to the pay pal in this second if there comes orderer is placed to the pay pal the browser goes down by me

but my acout at tbhne shope is this name too
