View Full Version : Motivation tricks???
Hi girls :hello
I have a HUGE problem...next week (mon, tue, wed) will be my final exams and I just started learning
It is so so much I have to learn but I just can't motivate myself to learn!!
I learned a little bit yesterday and a little bit today, but this is way too little compared to the whole stuff I have to learn :cry
Don't you know a great way to motivate myself a little bit???
Thanks for your tips :giggle

Oh, that's a bummer, Jule! Do you have a way you learn best? I'm not sure what kind of studying you are doing, but I think everyone has different ways that it is easiest for them to learn. Like, I learn best by doing it myself...so, I have a very difficult time sitting in a class and listening to the teacher ramble (my mind drifts off :lol)...so, my only suggestion would be to figure out what way it is easiest/best for you to study and learn and try that!
I don't know if any of that even makes sense, LOL!!! :giggle Good luck, Jule!! :wub

I don't know if this will help...and also, I'm really late...but, I try to make a game out of it. Anything to make it fun. How many can you guess,...gold stars, a bubble bath...kissing yourself on the cheek with your finger. I think making learning fun is the key...and also picturing the end rewards.

I agree with both Kristen and Kathi! You have to study in a way that best suits you and the more fun and interesting you can make it the easier it will be for you to stay interested in it. Best of luck hon!! ((hugs))

Good luck with your studying. I don't know if this will help you, but I like to work/study hard for 45 minutes and then take a 15 minute break to do something fun. I set a timer to tell me when the time is up.

Ooh lots of luck sweetie!! I just wanted to echo what the other girls have said. I always study hard and take a break too! And I just go with what I know works best for me...which is reading and note-taking, highlighting, sometimes notecards. Go with how you learn best and just give it your best! GL!!!
yep, I study exactly the way you do it Sara...reading, notes, highlighting! It always works great for me!!
Thanks for your tips ladies :)
I studied for a few hours and NOW it's time for a scrapping break :giggle
I will read a little bit before I go to bed...
This is what the next 5 days will look like for me :yawn
