Future Challenge Changes

In early 2012, After Five Designs will no longer be hosting any challenges in our forums. We feel that our point system is adequate customer incentive, and we would like to give our CT members more time to do what they do best: SCRAP!

We will continue to have minimal challenges for the remainder of the year, and everyone will have ample time to be able to use the points they have accumulated so far. But please be aware that all challenge reward cards must be used before the end of 2011. More information will be coming soon on how you can earn rewards for challenge cards that are not yet filled.

We have enjoyed seeing your challenge entries in our galleries, and we hope that you will all continue to post your layouts!

I understand very well that it's very hard work to keep up with all the challenges and the rewards cards system.

I'm very sad that the challenges will be gone. They give me so much inspiration to start a page. I started scrapbooking not so long ago and find it hard to just start a page, the challenges gave me something to begin with.

I hope to post more layouts in the future. Everyone has been so nice to me with comments on my LO's! I love A5D! :loveshower

Thank you for all the challenges, they have kept me interested in your site and as a beginner have given me an incentive to try different things. They have also encouraged me to purchase kits from your site to be able to complete the challenges. I am sad to see them go. Fortunately for me I just need one more point to complete my card and I should get that from the September challenges.

It must be hard work managing the challenges manually, I think it could be automated fairly easily. I love your site, it's so neat and crisp and easy to navigate. I don't want to change to a new one but I was disappointed when I logged on this morning to check out this months colab and the new challenges and found this news.

well we're trying to figure out what we'll be doing with the cards that are not filled at the end of the year... So as soon as we figured it out, we will let you know :)

Yes the cards will be updated this month and I can't tell you exactly when they will be updated!
