I tried to find a costumer service email but could not find it on the site so I will ask my question here... I buy a kit or sometimes 2 almost every week and I wanted to pay with my points but it says I have -13 points? how can I have -13? Can someone check this for me please? I am really confused...

Paola, I'm not actually sure how the points work to be honest. I'll see if I can get someone to come here and help you!

Hi Paola, I will be happy to look into that for you. Sometimes points get tied up in unfinished or queued orders. Also, they expire after 6 months, and that is what has caused your problem. You had some expire recently, and that has caused a negative amount. I have returned your balance back to 0. Be sure to use your points before they expire!

okee Amy, thank you so much,. I thought only the points that where from 6 months ago expire and not the points you earned later? ah well, lesson learned I guess...thank you very much for checking this for me

Hi everyone! After reading this, I have a question... I didn't know that the points expire after 6 months, can someone please tell me were I can find when my points will expire?

the points have never worked for me, whatever I do I seem to always have the negative amount of them, and sometimes when I think the negative amount has grown, and persuade myself that possibly it's just a dash, and try to pay some amount of the order with the points, it all goes haywire and I have to start the order all over again. I swear this is the worst system of pointless points I have encountered ever! Just give up, purplechick I know I had a long time ago.

Zinzilah and Purplechick, I'm sorry to hear that there is an error happening with your points. We don't want anyone to miss out on points earned.
