Can't upload to gllery??

Ok, I just tried to upload my page with the A5D colab kit, but it says:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /theartwall/bulkupload.php on this server.

Can anyone help me out please??

ok never mind... I kept trying for 10 mins. and it did work now! Thanks! :)

Same thing is happening to me. I've been trying since yesterday to upload something here. I'll keep trying.
