How are you all doing? I hope all is fine offcourse!! I am suffering from
hay fever at the moment…ohh my it’s that time of year I guess!
This is our third week of the designers spotlight from our own
Laurie Ann aka HGD by Laurie Ann. This time I chose a kit based on
it’s colors and beauty, the last few weeks Ihave a thingy for purple and yellow.
Oke  with now further small talking, I chose “Heirloom Rose”
for this week to be spotlighted! You can check out her store here and

Well you now know the reason why I chose this kit so let’s go and see

all can remember, our very own Laurie Ann aka HGD by Laurie Ann

mothersday, well this kit is just perfect for it! In some country’s
they already celebrated mothersday and I sure hope you were all
spoiled by your kiddos and hubby’s Here in the Netherlands we
celebrate mothersday every second sunday of May!

Natascha here with a new designer spotlight!

I’m so happy to be doing the Spotlight this month on the very talented
Laurie Ann also known as HGD by Laurie Ann. It was hard to choose
only one product this time from all of her gorgeous designs in her shop,
just take a peak in her shop here, but I succeed with a delicious looking
one and with this new spring season it’s just perfect! And if you are looking

The first kit I want to show you all is “Promise“. Why? Well spring time is very
unpredictable (here it is anyways), last saturday we had loads of sunshine and
today…yes rain rain rain!

I took a peek into her gallery and there were so many gorgeous pages that is
was hard to choose only 3 pages, but here they are and I hope you will love

Hi Everyone.  Happy Tuesday.  It is Patti  here again with Tuesday’s Word on the Street!  Forgetfulness or getting older?   Or perhaps maybe you are so entralled like me in words and stories.  Are you a bookworm like me and love to read?   Have you ever forgotten whether you truly read a specific book or not?  I’m guilty and have had  to read a few paragraphs or a chapter or two to jog my memory.  I often wondered if there was an accurate ‘system’ to record my ‘read’ books vs. writing them down on a piece of paper only to loose it somewhere.

Those days are gone however.  Thanks to technology and a few wise friends, I was directed to the amazing site of Goodreads.com  The site not only allows you to keep a record of  your books – read, currently reading or ‘to’ read, you can read reviews from others and share booklists with friends.  It is an amazing site and I love it immensely.  It has taken list making and second guessing out of the equation.  I have found a few new  great authors to read thanks to my friends at Goodreads.  J.R. Ward – The Blackdagger Brotherhood Series, has been my ‘latest find, or should I say love’?  What author or series has you ‘captivated’ right now?

If reading is a passion to you, like it is me, you’ll def. want to check it out.

Morning Everyone!  It’s Creative Genius Patti  here, bringing you today’s WORD ON THE STREET!!

I came across Lisa Leonard’s Designs a year ago and although I haven’t boughten one yet, I’m in love with them and it is def. on my list of things to ‘treat myself with’.   Her motto is, “meaningful, unique handmade jewelry’ and I couldn’t say it any better myself.  I love the uniqueness of her various designs.  Maybe it is the scrapbooker in me that is drawn to the ‘handmade’ component.
